Nepal are currently facing a severe humanitarian crisis. About 2 million people are now going without food as the country continues to suffer from a severe drought and a failed harvest. This crisis has left more than half of the country's districts with acute food shortages.

The Crisis

A significant number of crop harvests have failed due to the winter's severe drought, leaving more than half of the country's districts with acute food shortages. Nepal needs a lifeline because catastrophic earthquakes and great poverty make life difficult enough for these poor people.

Our Response

More than ever, we need your support to alleviate the suffering of the approximately 5 million Nepali people who are in danger of going without food and to give them nourishing meals. The main objective of the Ramadan Food Package Project 2023 is to provide Ration (Dry Food) Packages in the month of Ramadan & Other months to needy families struggling with lack of basic necessities (food).
